These Terms of Service apply to your use of marovaproperties.com, the website of Marova Properties LLC ("Marova," "we," "us," or "our"), a vacation rental management company serving cabin owners in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: for example, do not try to reach parts of the site or its systems that are not public, interfere with how it works, or submit false information or someone else's information through our forms.
The articles, FAQs, and other content on this website are general information about vacation rentals in the Smoky Mountains. They are not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Rules, taxes, and market conditions change, and every property is different, so please check with a qualified professional before making decisions based on anything you read here.
Any revenue estimate, projection, or example figure we provide, on this website or in response to a form, is an informed estimate based on the information available to us at the time. It is not a promise or guarantee of future bookings, income, or results. Actual results depend on many things outside our control, including the market, the season, and the property itself.
Using this website, sending us a message, or receiving an estimate does not create a management, agency, or other business relationship between you and Marova. Marova manages a property only after both parties sign a written management agreement, and that agreement, not this website, sets out the services, fees, and terms.
Our forms include an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it and provide your mobile number, you agree that Marova Properties may send marketing text messages to that number. Consent is not required to submit a form or to receive an estimate or a reply.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming that you have opted out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
